absolutely terrible. would add photos but only took videos that I am unable to upload
Got in at 4:30AM. The front desk woman was actually very pleasant(the one one that was for that matter). Got to the room and there was no bathroom/hall light, broken sink, broken towel rack, broken bolt lock on the door.
All we needed was to shower and sleep and it was just terrible not having lighting to take a shower.
We were exhausted so just went to talk to somebody the next day, which so happened to be somebody that did not care to help in the situation at all, I booked 2 days, only stayed 1 and she refused to check me out and give a receipt when she was handed the keys, couldn't get the keys back even though we still paid for two days. And made it very clear since we booked through a 3rd party that it did not matter to her. Asked to speak to the manager and was told he/she Alex wouldn't be there until later in the day, so we went back to another rude one to be told that the manager was on vacation. This one having obviously talked to the girl prior and wasn't wearing her badge I'm honestly assuming was the manager and did not care to fix the situation or let us get another room for the rest of the time was had already paid for.
Been coming to and from TN a lot in the last year and never went to a single place with such terrible service.
When you see the beware comments, listen to them.
