My room had no heat we stayed two night and the temperature got down to 35 at night and I reported that it wasn’t working three times I had three small babies with me and the did nothing and couldn’t fix the problem

This was a great hotel--safe, quiet and a good breakfast. My only quibbles are really for the hotel designer/manager: We stayed in one of the handicapped rooms because it was the only King bed, non-smoking left.
The shower has been fitted with a curved curtain rod. Because it is wheel chair accessible, there is no way to keep water from going out on floor.
Also, there is no counter top. I understand its so a wheel chair can go underneath, but there still needs to be some sort of flat surface to place cosmetics and the like--even handicapped people need a place to put their toothbrush.
Also, there must have been a water temp governor on the shower, because it only ever got lukewarm.
Other than the bathroom issues, it was a great stay and we'll stay there again when in the area--just not the accessible room.

I booked a one bedroom suite 3 weeks in advance of a special weekend with my wife. I did the early check-in on the Bonvoy app the morning of our arrival and requested notification when my electronic key would be available. I listed our arrival time of noon hoping to check in early. At 2pm I texted the hotel to see when our room would be ready. They said 4 O’Clock. We arrived at 4pm and were told they gave our room away to a guest who decided to stay an extra night. I spoke with the manager who told me guests who are currently in the hotel take priority over incoming guests so in other words your reservation means absolutely nothing at this hotel. DON’T CHANCE RUINING YOUR VACATION. Stay somewhere else.
