Okay for a Holiday Inn Express
This review is for the Holiday Inn Tucker Ga. Four stars in the category of Holiday Inn Express. Parking lot is a bit small and tight between spaces.
Check-in and check-out was done at front desk. Lobby was inviting and clean. Elevator certificate was a month and half expired.
Room was clean. The room carpet had recently been cleaned and vacuumed. Refrigerator worked in the room. In the bathroom, toilet roll holder needed maintenance to tighten it.
Breakfast started at 6:30 am.
A restaurant, The Hudson Grille is nearby as is LA Fitness.
The hotel is close to Emory Orhthopedic and Spine center -Tucker Ga location. If your loved one is having surgery, and you live far away, this may be an overnight option . With Atlanta rush hour traffic, you would have a quick morning drive to surgery center- especially if you have to arrive in the 6:00 am hour.

شعرت بخيبة أمل
كان السبب الرئيسي في اختيار هذا الفندق هو على الساونا وحمام السباحة، لا تتوفر واحدة! كانت الغرفة O. K. حمام صغير، كما أن ملاءات الأسرّة كانت الحبر بقع (نظيفة ولكن الملون) لا يوجد تفريغ المنطقة. فى المجمل إنه O. K. لا رائع ولكن لن يكون/c الموقع.

As you mention, we have removed the sauna from the fitness center. During your visit, our pool was closed. It is opened seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I am sorry you were not able to enjoy our pool.

ضوضاء
فريق عمل ودود ولكن تأكد من الغرف من الطريق السريع من الفندق. كما يوجد رائحة غريبة إلى الغرف. لم يكن يتحلقون حول وجبة الإفطار حيث أني ذهبت إلى العمل في وقت مبكر ولكن المنطقة كانت رائحته جيد في الصباح. (ضحك بصوت عالي).

I am sorry to hear that the highway traffic was loud in your suite and the suite had a smell. I have shared this with our housekeeping staff to make sure proper cleaning procedures are being followed.
As, you mention, we do offer a full complimentary breakfast and I am sorry you were unable to enjoy it.

Didn't stay there. The system switched my date from today, to yesterday. I immediately called back when Saw the confirmation. Hotel holiday inn said to call hotels com Then hotels.com tried to contact someone at the Holiday inn. Was told the main person wouldn't be in, until today. So now I'm in Atlanta with no where to stay. Last time I use both, unless someone makes this right.

I was unsatisfied. Rooms were incorrect. Given a room someone else was already in. Then would not accommodate my needs.
