Our stay was WONDERFUL, mostly due to the incredible customer service. The first morning, I overslept and got down for breakfast just after they closed everything. Instead of looking at me and frustration like most hotels, the woman cleaning up (I think her name was Amanda) was so kind and offered me coffee and something from the omelette station, as they had not yet completely shut that down. Very, very thoughtful of her, and nice to be made to feel like a welcome guest, even though I was the one who was not on time.
I also had a slip and fall out at a wedding that weekend, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind to help me with a large Ziploc bag from the kitchen to put ice in for my ice pack.
They also helped my husband with the use of a wheelchair for the remainder of the weekend to cart me around everywhere in the hotel. Definitely a customer service focus at this hotel! We appreciated it so much!

Great service, quiet- even though very close to freeway and airport. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet very nice.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom vent fan was very dusty/grungy—could use a thorough cleaning. Glass shower wall was not properly mounted to bottom tiles and allowed water to leak out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. Towels were clean. Appreciated the mini fridge. TV worked great. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding!

Stayed here a yr ago loved it nice this time also but was very disappointed with the coctail hour last yr had all kinds of little things to choice from this time veg and dip and chex mix it really sat your hotel above the competition now it's ok still love the breakfast

Excellent service from most staff. Hot breakfast was excellent especially from the women chefs. There was one male chef that was having a bad day that was rude and made wrong order, but food was overall great! I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay!
