The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The hotel itself was a bit dated and the rooms can be a bit loud. Breakfast was nice and they kept the property clean.

The elevator was slow very sketchy. Beds were hard. Breakfast ends at 10 on Saturday so they stop make food at 9 even though their hotel was sold out. So not everyone was able to eat.. lots of unhappy parents.

Not good! False advertising!
Keep looking! I was not happy with this hotel. I researched in excess to find a hotel with a heated indoor pool (for a very specific reason). When we checked in. I asked immediately (for my child) to where The Pool was so we can check it out and she told us that the engineer may be by the next day and if that anything was wrong with it, she could not fix it. The pool was cold. Hot tub cold. The next day, the other woman at the desk told me that there was no engineer on site and that she expected the pool to be cold. This is absolutely. Unacceptable. let me seem like no big deal to some, yet I was traveling with my young daughter and knew we would need a lot of time filled in between our days so after researching and finding this hotel, to get there for them to not even have a plan in sight after advertising a heated pool was completely not OK. To go further, the rooms are of old carpets and every time they come into clean, it smells like they sprayed tons of carpet fresh on them to mask anything that may be hiding. It actually made me sick to stay there for two nights to smell that smell. The hotel does not have a restaurant on site, no cocktails available, and a mediocre breakfast in the morning. I am very dissatisfied and will not stay in another holiday inn after this experience when traveling.

This place was AWESOME! We stayed the night cause my child had an appt at the children’s hospital in Dallas the next morning. We chose this hotel because it’s a holiday inn, so I knew it would be clean and decent, and it would have a bit higher standards than some of the other “value” hotels, also.. it has an indoor pool and since it is January, my kids and husband and I LOVED the idea! We didn’t wanna spend a fortune, but having a safe and clean place to stay was the most important factor. I actually had points from hotels.com that brought the nightly price down by $30-40 off regular rate. This hotel was amazing! The hallways, elevator, and our room all smelled wonderful! (Like a mixture of a good, clean smell, and a really nice air freshener or candle smell!) Everything was spotless clean as well! Both the pool and hot tub were fantastic on a chilly 30 degree night and my family had such a great time! The shower water pressure was AMAZING, hot water was immediate and lasted more than long enough for all 4 of us to wash up after coming up from swimming, and the convenient snack machines were great for a late night snack! The lobby downstairs had fresh ice water available 24/7. They served a FULL buffet of amazing breakfast options in the morning as well! 10/10 recommend this place! Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at so far! Also… The front desk lady was such a sweetheart! (Wish I would have gotten her name!)

Quiet and comfortable. Elevator was VERY slow but that was the only inconvenience.
