Loving the gallery bar!
Had a fantastic time in the gallery. We had the best experience mainly because our bartender Kelly made sure to give us our girls difficult drinks just as they asked. And while serving a crowded bar, and was taking orders from other large groups... She seemed to give everyone the same attention to detail. A simple nod and thumbs up and she was preparing our next round.
Granted, the private party music made it a bit hard to communicate, she didn't miss a beat.
Thank you, for a professional crew. And a great experience. We look fwd to returning soon.

Amazing hotel
Luciano and Rolando are amazing! Made our experience amazing. Best hotel in Sarasota!! 10/10 recommend! We enjoyed a beautiful evening on the rooftop with live music and great drinks! Great people watching as well! Good location as well!

Best experience!
The nicest people! Best hotel in Sarasota and made our trip amazing! The rooftop was the best for our bachelorette was so fun and they made our night with enjoyable people! Would recommend to anyone who is looking to take a trip to Florida and ask for Luciano

Terrible Service and Unprofessional Valet Attendants
I had a really disappointing experience at Art Ovation Hotel. From the moment we arrived on Saturday during the daytime, the service was subpar. one valet was counting his money right in front of me, while the other was sitting behind the valet desk, glued to his phone. There was no attempt to help or offer any assistance, and I had to ask to check in.
After I finally got checked in, the valet attendant tried to get a tip out of me before anything even happened. He said, “Just take care of us, and we’ll keep your car upfront. Take care of us good, and we’ll make sure there won’t be a charge for parking. But you have to take care of the PM shift since we won’t be around.” I felt completely uncomfortable and almost like I was being pressured into giving a tip before anything had even been done.
Then, to make matters worse, the taller valet attendant noticed me standing there, took his phone, and walked away while saying he had “no time” and just kept talking on his phone as he walked around the corner. No apology or explanation—just plain rude behavior.
The next day, Sunday morning. We was again met with terrible service from the same valet attendant. He was behind the valet desk, again on his phone, when I asked for my car. He gave me a dismissive look and said the other valet would bring it to me because “it wasn’t his turn.” Honestly, I don’t even understand what that means—he clearly didn’t want to work and acted like it was a huge inconvenience for him to do his job. To top it off, he gave me an attitude and a rude look as if I was bothering him by asking for my car.
It’s clear that the valet staff at Art Ovation Hotel lacks professionalism and basic customer service skills. We won’t be returning to this hotel and would highly recommend staying somewhere else if you expect even a basic level of service.

When the student is ready, the maestro appears
My one night stay was magical. I’ve stayed in fine hotels around the world. I’ve never felt so at home as that art ovation. I had fun playing with the children on the rooftop dancing around the adults at the bar pretended they didn’t know me my first night here I got a private tour of the banquet halls. I plan to hold many private events in and I found my gatekeeper at the bar. Don’t harass Sarah she’s my good friend. We’re gonna take the guinea pigs and the dogs and go hike the celery fields my rocket man and I are grateful for the hospitality you have shown Jules Madame Renee is my stage name.
