Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Lodge at 32nd of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: A USD 100 pre-authorization for incidental charges may be charged upon check-in. Please note: Free parking is available for compact and mid-size vehicles. One vehicle per room limit. Extra vehicles or over-sized vehicles that do not comfortably fit within the parking stalls cannot be parked in the property parking lot. If you are planning to arrive after 22:00 please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation otherwise the reservation will be considered as no-show.

Guests must provide own credit card which matches name of reservation when checking in. The hotel will pre-authorize your card and the pre-authorization will be released if there are no extra charges or damage to the room when checking out.
