The staff was amazing! The room was incredibly clean. They provide you with everything. The stove worked amazingly! The only reason I don’t give it a 10/10 is because the bed was so uncomfortable.

Should be great but isn’t.

The resort offers great amenities and beach access, staff is lovely and you are just miles from the center of Provincetown. The studio rooms are not acceptable since the bed is a small pull/down Murphy bed (ours was broken and squeaked with every move).

great location and amenities

on the beach and only two miles from downtown provincetown. pickleball and tennis courts and shuffleboard and indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub at indoor pool are all very nice. staff very helpful and courteous and will lend out binoculars for whale watch trips, and pickleball rackets and balls, etc. older buildings but kept up well and very clean. all good.

Bedbugs in room, manager does nothing

This place is not fancy but that is why I loved the place. But being a regular doesn’t pay off. Here in April….By the third night we realized something was biting us in the room. Went to urgent care and it was confirmed that it is BED BUGS. Management moved us to the room next door but still hasn’t spoke to us. She’s not in. We have been to the office 6 times and she’s never there but no one is authorized to do anything. We have had to sterilize everything and do 7 loads of wash. This has not been a vacation and we are being treated like crap.

Great staff and stay!

Wonderful staff!! Shelley was super helpful when it came to changing the dates of our stay. Once we arrived we were able to enjoy their indoor pool which is very big and our room was very clean. Just across the street is the beach with beautiful sunsets. For a reasonable price and a short distance from town. This was an amazing way to unwind and spend time with family. I absolutely recommend this hotel.
