Great stay in New York

We chose Wyndham Garden chinatown for our second stay in New York.
The hotel is clean. Our room was spacious as well as the bathroom. We had at our disposal, fridge, coffee maker, TV, iron. In the bathroom we had 1 hair dryer.
The room was cleaned every day. The towels changed if you let me know. We put them on the ground for our part.
We had breakfast included. It was simple but good and efficient. Bagels, pastries, corn flakes, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, sausage, tomatoes, potatoes, etc.. the, coffee, chocolate and fruit juice.
In the hotel you find 1 rooftop (the 2 people who work there unfriendly? As well as a restaurant and a beer bar where you can eat. You receive a 15% discount as a guest of the hotel every time you visit.
The hotel is very clean. Grand St Metro Station is a 5-minute walk away and takes you to Times Square in 20 minutes. Manhattan Bridge, Little Italy and the Financial District are about 15 minutes walk away and the laballade is very nice. The hotel has a room where you can leave your luggage free of charge on the last day waiting for your departure at the airport. I highly recommend this hotel and will not hesitate to return.

Poor front desk service

Poor front desk and laundry service. Was originally charged inflated laundry bill with reason that hotel laundry form was not updated. Hence unfortunately customer has to foot the consequences of hotel mismanagement. Bad experience. Breakfast was decent. Location was good too. Gym was average. Lobby and lift was shabby. Overall not staying this hotel again.

Ok but not great

Room was dated, furniture old, reception a little disorganised, breakfast was poor. Served its purpose as a base for 4 nights, as were hardly there. No issues in the area, had seen some comments saying it was unsafe but we were fine. Very close to Chinatown and Little Italy so some great food nearby.

Visting new york

Location was ok, but not great. Room was nice, comfy bed, breakfast was good. Chinatown tho not for me, rough at night, alot of beggers, and the smell was not nice. Would go more for the central park side next time. Stayed for two nights, lovely weather, love the Irish bars dotted about

Everything was good!

Good hotel and very convenient location! Near the hotel is all you need.
Service was quick and cool. Rooms clean. Atmosphere in the hotel is very calm and nice.
Breakfast is not very big but good and tasty.
