Came in for a funeral, got delayed but they held my room. Polite staff. Street parking was challenging. Decent size room

On their post it said Parking available but they were referring to street parking which was not only difficult to find but also by 8am you need to remove your car otherwise you will get a ticket. The hotel doesn't have breakfast available and there was nothing nearby. It's like get what you pay for. I heard people screaming on top of their lungs in the middle of the night. It was not a good experience of stay.

Don’t waste your money, spend more and go somewhere better

Very uncomfortable beds, not all outlets work, and parking is not provided as listed online. The staff was not very helpful (honestly a bit rude, even by nyc standards). You must pay and spots are limited. Spend a bit more money and go somewhere better, you won’t regret it.

A Bad Night

This is the worst place. I defy anyone to find a worse, more industrial neighborhood in Queens. Just awful. The whole night I spent hearing loud noises outside my door, which I made sure to double lock. If you're looking for a Marriott Courtyard or a Hilton Doubletree, this is not for you. OTOH, if you're looking to feel like you might get murdered, or you're looking to score a prostitute, this might be your spot.

I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy
I’m very disappointed for the price they charging to stay at the hotel for the condition of the hotel and the size of the rooms is horrible
