لم تستوفي معايير هيلتون العادية!!
وقد حجزت في غرفة واحدة لمدة ليلتين مع سريرين، وقد وصلنا إلى المطعم، وكان متاحًا فقط سرير ملكي. كانت الغرفة رطبة بشكل لا يُصدق بحيث أصبحت نظاراتنا متعرجة إلى حد ما؛ وكانت السجاد رطبة؛ وكانت أضواء السرير تنتشر من الجدار؛ ولم تتمكن المراحيض من التسلية والروائح المريحة. وقد نقلنا إلى غرفة مختلفة من الساعة الثانية من الليل، وكانت تحتوي على إضاءات محطمة، فضلاً عن حوض لا ينفد وفرش لا تعمل في الحمام. خدمة صيانة سيئة.

Thank you for taking the time to share your unfortunate experience at our hotel. I would like to apologize for the bad experience you had with the first room you entered during your stay with us, and for the front desk team member coming across as less than understanding when you reported it and changed rooms. I have shared your comments with both our housekeeping department and the front desk lead so these items you mentioned can be investigated and rectified.
Again, thank you for your feedback. It is hearing from guests such as yourself that help us make our hotel better for everyone.

Thank you for taking the time to describe your recent unfortunate experience with us. I would like to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, our team member not being friendly, and the condition of the room. We would have been completely renovated in 2020, but unfortunately the pandemic disrupted our renovation schedule and our hotel was moved to the end of this year. I am sorry this was not in time for your recent stay with us and that you were inconvenienced by this. Again, thank you for sharing your feedback about your experience.
