Clean, quiet, and everything we needed

This was a one night rest stop on a road trip. There are several hotels on this exit, but I bet this one is the newest. It was very clean. I liked the Dove soap and shampoo that was provided. We did not use the pool on this visit, but with kids it's always nice to have the option of an indoor pool. The room window had vertical blinds for total blackout (I wish all hotels had them!). The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Management

The management is not great. There was only one person working on a very busy Friday night. To me that was wrong should be more than one person working. The person was working hard and done the best to be expected. The stay was ok but do not think I will be back .

I’m noticing when I book with Hotel.com that my room is at the end of the hall. I’ve been a user for years n this is a regular pattern being assigned a room at the end of a hall.

Okay Place to Stay, but...

We've stayed here before a few times on road trips. The location is good, amenities nearby. The breakfast area was kept clean and the food was kept stocked up. Check in and check out were easy. We stayed in room 224 and it was clean. The shower handle didn't stay in position, resulting in either hot or cold water, nothing in between. The glass shower doors need to be scrubbed. The hotel is slowly going downhill. The common areas are not as clean as before, the elevators look terrible, the pool has been closed forever.

Check in was quick. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is right off if I 95 easy on and off. Just one quick note if your coming north you will turn right off highway but a quick left afterwards. There is a gas station right near the hotel as well as a Beal’s and other shops. We ate at the Outback which we were able to walk to easily.
