Excellent customer service. Good location near restaurants and freeway. Took us only 15 min to walk to universal city. The only
Critique I’d like to make is the powerful air freshener smell in the hotel hallways, luckily it wasn’t powerful in the rooms, just throughout the rest of the hotel. It wasn’t a bad smell it was just super strong, so if an air freshener can be unplugged that would be great.

I enjoyed my stay it's aged but quaint and close to universal studios. This helped me keep them steps up. 20-30 mins walking. Restaurants and Starbucks conveniently close as is gas for the quick interstate access the hotel was quiet and comfy but the windows don't have screens and it's surrounded by beautiful flowers, but spiders come with those flowers so no window opening to let some fresh air in. Overall for the rate and the friendliness I'd go back and recommend

Customer service was great! The staff was very kind and helpful. Attended to us when we needed and provided all the necessities in the rooms. There was always parking no matter what time we came back to the hotel. We liked that the pool was indoors and heated since the kids wanted to swim on a cold night. Location was convenient and close to Universal Studios. There was an old smell in the hallways and it was visible the building was old but overall a great and comfortable stay.

Stay was good but was charged 3 nights for parking when only stayed two. Was informed I’d get a refund and did not.

Only stayed 1 night. Beds were super comfortable room was really nice and clean.
Only downside there was a very heavy perfume scent that was overwhelming.
I definitely would stay again
