Jeremy, Cedric, Luna, Joel and Jazmin were Outstanding

Amazingggggg experience here!!! From Check in with Jeremy’s awesome smile to Luna’s evening chat and laughter to Cedric’s enthusiastic embrace Saturday afternoon. This hotel is awesome. Joel and Jazmin at the Market cafe/Bar were sooooo delightful and professional. I am overwhelmed at the regal service I received. The housekeeping staff also greeted me every morning and made my room immaculately clean everyday. I love this hotel a lot! I will be back. Thank you everyone (ps- Jeremy, Luna and Cedrick were the all star front desk staff that made my trip outstanding)

I won't be returning.

I won’t be returning to HYATT REGENCY LONG BEACH on South Pine Avenue.
Rooms have paper thin walls and windows are NOT double insulated, causing a very noisy room from other rooms and hallways, along with a very cold room, even having a heater. Heat escapes quickly leaving single pane windows with lots of moisture. Also, no “sit down” style restaurant within the hotel. Just a take out counter service to take to your room or eat in the lobby of the hotel. Although alot of restaurants located within walking distance “outside” of the hotel property. We wanted to have a sit down style restaurant meal within the hotel property and not having to leave. So, until the hotel itself is rebuilt or major renovations to deal with paper thin walls and cold rooms are done. Noisy rooms and cold rooms will continue and having to walk outside to have a meal, I won’t be returning to this hotel. As for the staff, baggage porters were very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff did her job of checking us in, with no personality at all. With that, I will not be returning and I’ll be sure inform friends and family NOT to stay here.

Beautiful location right at Pike’s. We code it for the heated pool and spa. The rooms are nice and large. Just be aware they charge a $30 resort fee which we didn’t know aboit

Clean but problems

Room clean. Staff great. Inadequate lighting in room. Could not sit in chair and read at night . Bathroom sink too high on counter and faucet too short so could not wash hands without touching back of sink. Mirror in bathroom too high. Hard for a 5 foot 1 inch person to use it

Nice, but wouldn't plan a ball or banquet here.

Room and hotel staff were great. Facility is terrific. Hotel restaurant is good, with good assortment of options. Banquet food appeared fine, but destroyed experience as banquet food server exhibited utter disdain for their guests' comfort, experience or health.
