Mostly utilitarian hotel. Definitely no frills, but adequate for my quick overnight stay. Front desk has limited hours, but the desk attendant was pleasant and accommodating when I arrived after hours and called him as the instructions indicate. Overall a decent stay.

Very rude guy at desk!
Thought the place would be ok for our stay. Pay big money to have to clean our own rooms! If we need a towel we have to bring the dirty towels to get clean ones! There is a microwave, refrigerator,cooktop but no pots etc! If you want a coffee pot in your room you have to pay an extra 5.00 ! We are here from Florida because our son is in the hospital very serious! My husband didn’t pack enough of his medicine so we had it fed ex but nobody was available in the office so now we are stuck!! Paid 50.00 to have it sent here and nobody to accept it!!!!!! Guy at the desk said if we didn’t like it go somewhere else!

The only thing good about this place was the location. They advertise a full kitchen. What that means is a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop. No coffee maker (unlike almost any other hotel in the US). No dishes, silverware, cookware or anything other than the appliances. We reserved this place with the idea we could cook and save money on dining out. We ate out every meal!
The staff told me I could "purchase a dish set". $20 for one plate, knife, fork, and cup. I could also purchase a coffee maker. I didn't ask the price. It turns out you can also PUCHASE a set of clean towels and purchase a set of sheets if you need more. We bought a pot for $12 at Walmart across the street and some instant coffee. They did have two plastic cups, the kind you would find in a Motel 6. That was the ONLY free amenity!
They told me we were only staying a week, so no one would clean the room. That is OK, but I don't think anyone had ever cleaned the floor. After a long flight, we checked in, unpacked and went to bed. Our socks were covered with dirt from the floor. You could feel the grim when walking barefoot in the room.
The front desk in only staffed week days. I don't know what you would do if you walked out of your room after hours without a key. I suppose call someone and WAIT. The front desk has a metal roll up curtain when not staffed. Gives the place a kind of prison vibe to greet you. The whole building has some weird odor to it.
The staff themselves are friendly enough, I kind of feel sorry for them working at a place like this!
My recommendation..... stay away. There are much better places to stay for a day, week or even a month than this!

The location was convenient for an event I was attending. However, I wish I had stayed somewhere else.
Pros: The property is clean, safe, and fairly new. Each room has a nice kitchenette with a full size fridge.
Cons: The antiseptic smell in the room was quite strong, seemingly to mask the ‘pet friendly’ aspect scent ingrained in the room. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom that wasn’t noticed until late when I went to shower and soaked the bathroom floor, had to ask the front desk for one the next day. No coffee maker or iron in the room. The coffee in the lobby was not good.
Not nearly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, but left me very disappointed.
