Great little motel

We stayed two nights while attending graduation in UF and were very happy. Loved the small town and this was a great motel to stay in. The rooms were large and clean. The guy who checked us in was friendly. Close to restaurants and antique stores. No complaints!

The hotel was in the process of renovation. No breakfast was offered. The price was rather high for the services offered.

This is our second time staying at this charming, old Florida motel. It is so cute and comfortable. We sat outside with friends in the coveted area multiple times and really enjoyed the cute space.

Great little spot with lots of outside seating for hanging out. They also have couple outside games in the picnic area. Rooms are very large and comfortable with a smart TV. Will be back.

Pros: Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, easy parking, good smell
Cons: Front desk is not 24 hours, thin and scratchy towels
