Nice hotel with a friendly staff and a great breakfast. My only complaint is the pillows . They are terrible. I went to Walmart and bought a decent pillow.

The room had a strong, unpleasant chemical smell. The sofa bed had a disgusting stain on it. The bathroom door lock didn't work. The wall thermostat didn't work. The entry door didn't close tight and we heard every little sound from the hallway. The swimming pool was unsafe, and the ice machines were not working. As a bonus, I was approached by a transgender prostitute in the parking lot

Not friendly to governmental organizations

This was not a business-friendly hotel. I work for a state government agency. I am not authorized to use the agency's credit card for lodging expenses. This hotel would not accept a check from my organization unless it arrived, could be cashed, and cleared the bank at least seven days prior to our arrival. We were still modifying out plans at that point. Also, the eggs were awful.
The staff on duty was friendly. The hotel was clean. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. The bed was comfortable.

Room was oddly designed, you could only get in the bed on one side. Very comfortable bed but there was a very large roach in the bathroom. We had to move furniture to stretch out the sleeper sofa. Staff were all very nice.

Excellent room, staff, and breakfast

Room was spacious clean and comfortable for our two night stay. Breakfast area was well tender and hot breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Jay at the front desk was very helpful with answering our questions and brought us an extra bed blanket. Definitely recommend this hotel.
