We stay here when in Wise County usually. There did not appear to be any maids/cleaning crew , and the whole place needs deep cleaning. Hotel staff is very accomidating, price is reasonable, pool and spa work but need cosmetics.

The hotel itself is run down. My daughter and girlfriend said the hot tub didn’t even heat up after requesting to have it turned on. The room itself had a broken sink fixture. Then outside of the hotel it says breakfast then when you go to check in there is a sign on the glass saying No Breakfast. My family and I always gets hotels with breakfast but since I was already charged for the room we dealt with it. Wasn’t impressed and we won’t be returning to this hotel.

Avoid avoid

My full review is on Google this place is the dump floors sticky dirty mold on the mattress dust in the corners bath tub was wonky only took cash the cc machine wasn't working the front door had no lock avoid at all cost no housekeeping trash piled up for two days

It was an average hotel. A few questionable cars in the parking lot, staying in their car, weird. Other than that, okay.

Stay here when in the area for the value. Hot tub is nice when it is hot. No coffee/ breakfast but the money saved more than covers that.
