Decent place and economicql

Comfortable beds , pool and hot tub were great! Bartender at the lounge was ver personable and offered great service! Breakfast is run of the mill hotel breakfast! Check in and check out went very smoothly, all done online. Bathroom was a little cramped set up wise. This hotel is definately dated and could use some updates. Looks like rooms have taken some abuse.

Dumpy, Dirty, Old and needs a total overhaul. Overpriced. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE besides this place!

Came to Bismarck for a trade show. Last year stayed at the Baymont Inn (sister hotel) which was dump of biblical proportions. This place is not much better as the conference room was actually fine but the hotel itself is not good. If you like staying in dumpy, dirty, old hotels than you'll absolutely LOVE this place. Hard to imagine that there could be two worse hotels in one area worse than the Ramada and the Baymont. Might be time for a teardown and start over.

Needed a last minute room the staff was very accomidating and kind. Room was pretty clean some burn looking marks on the wall but nothing i couldn't get past.

Great hotel

Rooms were clean, beds were great, staff were friendly, breakfast was good, pool area was clean and they had towels, coffee was always made also and they let us change 1 of our rooms to pet friendly room last minute. The only complaint I had was the constant barking of a dog in another room.

The hot tub and sauna were both broke. One of main reasons stayed there. Told desk clerk pretty much said he reported it n nothing else he could do. This was Friday night of Easter weekend. Disappointing
