Excellent Hospitality
The breakfast and service was excellent!! Staff extremely friendly and helpful especially Lucy a pleasure to meet. Food was delicious warm and plentiful. We will definitely be returning recommend when traveling with kids. All the amenities of a 4 star hotel.

Stay here!!!
Awesome hotel! Walking distance to Disney. Allowed us a free late check out. Like the apartment style suites and access to little market. Front desk agents were great. The breakfast was a huge plus! Great pool! Great service! 10/10 We will be back!

Disney good neighbor
First, after making reservations about 5 months in advance, I called asking for a room on both the first floor and near the bus stop. The accommodated me for this I this was really appreciated.
The suite was clean, not spotless, very comfortable for 2 people. Quiet! Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was in a large area, well stock with the normal variety of items found in at Breakfast. Note: They only clean on the third day but if you need towels the front desk will provide with no questions asked.

Run away from this hotel, we were robbed
I was robbed at this hotel on 05/05/25
They took 500 dollars from the safe in our room And this hotel did not give us any assistance
The hotel manager Alejandra Anguiano did not even speak to us and did not give us any assistance. I did not see this person's face But I am taking the necessary measures with this hotel Because we were robbed and they did not solve the problem and did not even ignore us

An amazing experience.
The bed is super comfy, the breakfast is very complete and plus we had a very nice time in the zone. This is a family friendly hotel, with all the necessities you need. The personal here was very kind, our thanks to Mario who helped us at the breakfast room.
