Good location for Abba Voyage
We stayed here for one night to go to Abba Voyage. Booked a room for 3 adults which consisted of a double and single bed and was ample space.
Good location for getting to Abba (about 20-25 min walk) and also a short walk to Stratford station.
There is a cafe next door that offers 20% discount for guests for breakfast however we didn't use this. Plenty of places nearby to eat.
Staff were friendly and rooms were comfortable and clean. Basic hotel but that's all we needed. Would recommend

Host not helpful. Generally not a a nice place. Needs updating with a lot of maintenance.
Bad experience. Clock and tv remote need battery. Mattress over ten years old with stains and springs sticking out and dirty. Host changed our room but made mattress up again. New room we got had window loose and shower door broken. Not again

We'll be back!
Very ok hotel for our use. Clean and nice rooms, private bathroom and toilet, pleasant and service-minded service. It is possible to buy breakfast at the hotel. It is varied and good. Short distance to train station, restaurants and grocery shops right nearby and 5 minutes walking to two large shopping centers. Recommended!

Basic but Clean and Tidy!
Stayed here for one night so I could watch an event at the O2.
The hotel had reasonable rates but the reviews left me a little dubious. Didn’t have any issues however. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and easy.
The room was small and basic, but it was clean and tidy. I had free WiFi, a little desk space, plenty of lighting and a nicely fitted bathroom.
The room wasn’t the most comfortable when it came to sleeping - there was quite a lot of noise through the walls, and a lack of aircon meant sleeping with the window open. Unfortunately the window looks out onto a busy road so it was very loud. The blinds could also do with updating into curtains as they were fit to the windows but did not close properly and looked very tired.
All things considered though, for one night with a very reasonable price in London, this isn’t a bad option.

Horrible!!!!
If i could give 0 stars, i absolutely would.
This is literally the worst hotel ive ever visited and ive been in hotels all around Europe so i definitely do not lack basis of comparison.
I dont want to say that the lady in reception is a racist or a homophobe but this seems the most logical explanation and if thats not the case - then she is just the most incompetent, rude, unmannered and without any sense of empathy, employee.
I booked the hotel and payed 100% in advance, 3 months before my visit. At the day of my visit, and not just at the day but at the end of the day (because i tried to check in at late afternoon) i was informed that i must confirm my debit card by showing it in plastic. This amazed me as i'm not using any plastic cards for years now and always use my phone for payments so i showed the lady in reception my virtual card on my iphone wallet and also showed her all my emails which hade all the confirmation and PIN codes in it. This has always worked for me all around the world. But this wasn't enough and the lady kept insisting for a real plastic card which i do not use and once again told her that i do not have. So what happened is that she tells me "this is the hotel policy and you've been informed with email" (as the latter is no true - none of the emails includes such an information) so she literally left us on the streets at late afternoon, friday night and thats not just because of the lack of plastic card, but also because i told her that i will give them a negative feedback.
Of course i told her to call the manager who was not present at the hotel so she spoke with him on the phone, but seems like the manager is not far from a receptionist in manners and qualities as he only approved her idiotic and non inhumane decision.
So people, please be aware and stay away from this hotel.
