The reception, dining, and housekeeping all wonderful. However- there is a plant out in the 2 flower beds I was poked by, which if the black tip stayed in my leg, could be life threatening. It needs to be removed. Be careful. Hopefully, it has been removed.

One of the worst behaviour from the receptionsit of staff who refused us to provide a room. She also claimed that she is having a same problem from last 2 months but still Agoda is able to make booking. Its simply shame on them. We came all the way from Dubai and we been refused to do checkin

Disaster hotel in the world

We went all the way from Dubai after booking this hotel but once we reached the hotel they have sold our rooms to someone else. How they can do? They have charged my card and once we reached there they said it was problem from Agoda. What they meant to say? What a pathatic receptionist, one of the phillipina receptionist who said to us that they have informed to Agoda from last 2 months not to sell their room but they did and its all excuse! How come they could do this way. They did not give us the room then we had to come back to Dubai all the way from RAK, is it okay for them? What a nonsense management, simply shamed on them. They dont know how to round their business. If they are unable to manage request or reservation then why are they selling their rooms online? Is it to make customer fool? Dont they have brain, Shamed on them!
