Forced to check out before time
I had a horrible experience here today. Booked on Agoda and confirmation email clearly states check out time is until 2pm. As well as the Kingsgate profile on Agoda.
I checked in at 7pm last night. The front desk called me repeatedly at around 12 20 noon today to tell me I had to check out at 12.
The guy at the front desk forced me to check out and told me he did not speak any english only arabic and that on my receipt it says check out 12pm. I broke my nail because I was packing in such a rush.
Ruined my experience here in Abu Dhabi. I am a resident and work hard to enjoy my weekend. Honestly ruined my Sunday plans.
Funny thing is I was going to give them a great review after he forcibly checked me out before the time.
I have stayed at Copthorne, Oryx and this is the first time I have experienced such awful treatment.
