Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Raffles will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. Please inform Raffles Istanbul of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children are not allowed at the Raffles Club. Children over 12 years old will have access subject to full rate and only if accompanied by an adult. Breakfast and dinner packages include open-buffet breakfast at Rocca Restaurant, chef's choice dinner with 3-course set menu including unlimited soft drinks at Rocca Restaurant. (alcoholic drinks are excluded) Please note that guests need to make reservation for dinner. Pet Policy; • Raffles Istanbul will accept pets (dogs) which are vaccinated and “house trained”. • Pets should not be left unattended in the guest room or around hotel premises. • All pets apart from guide dogs are not allowed in the lobby, restaurants, bars, as well as at the pool areas and sports center. • Please be informed that only dogs of 5 kgs or less are accepted in the hotel. • If there are any damages to the room walls or room features then it will be charged to the guest. • Pet Policy form needs to be signed upon arrival.
