comfortable but the restaurant is expensive and safety in the entrance is disturbing

This is a hotel we stayed in consistently. No words to say about comfort and their employees. Great, but I’d like to write about the shortcomings this time. We now see Hyatt House as home, and I think there are a few things to fix. The first is the search in entries, xray is now annoying. We know it’s for our safety, but simply unwind a little. Place the suitcases in the spotless spot, drop the phone, key metal items. You will not remove the belt from Allah. This is excessive and unfriendly. And all the food and drinks at the restaurant are too expensive. Two small salads, two grilled salmon, and three beers shouldn’t be £4400. I don't think I'll dine here again. You did the price increase a few months ago. It doesn’t make sense that $400 for a beer that costs $50 to $60. I felt pampered. You’re seeing a drop in people eating at night, too.

Beautiful spacious apartment, fully equipped with amazing terrace and view. The hotel is nearby a shopping center and it takes 1 minute to walk there in a very protected “tunnel” (protected means you can just walk to the shopping center without an umbrella even if it’s raining). Staff is super friendly, we will be definitely back.

The rooms are very clean, location is quite good. Right next to a mall, so no problem with dining and everything. Only that the service fee is extremely expensive, even water is expensive than Berlin
