مكان جيد للإقامة
هناك بعض المشاكل في الغرفة (اليوم الأخير مكيف الهواء سربت)، ولكن بشكل عام رائعة في الغرفة، كبير، واسعة ومريحة.
خدمة نادل في الإفطار غير محترف، وهو ما يجعل لي أقل مستوى الخدمة. إنها غير ودودة، فظ لا يعرفون كيفية التعامل مع العملاء. المنتجع الصحي قليلاً سيئة، ولكن مع الكمية الصحيحة من الأشخاص، يمكنك بسهولة استخدام جميع الطائرات، وهو جيد جدًا. حمام سباحة لطيف للغاية، ولكن أعتقد أن مع مزيد من النزلاء، سيكون هناك بعض المشاكل مع كراسي.

معاملة سيئة للغاية في الاستقبال. موظف الاستقبال kepr علينا الانتظار أكثر من 90 دقيقة!
وكان في الاستقبال attittude يمكن رصيدك الإقامة ككل. لقد حاولنا الدخول في الساعة 12.00 كما كان مقررا. استمر بنا الانتظار 90 دقيقة. موظف الاستقبال لم توفر غرفة أخرى بحجة أنه لا يمكن أن تعرقل الجدول الزمني.

Good spa hotel, I will definitely repeat
I spent some amazing days in this spa hotel and I would repeat without thinking! The staff was super friendly and always attentive, nice when you are treated so well since you arrived.
The buffet food very rich, with a lot of variety and everything very fresh.
Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, ideal for real rest.
What I enjoyed the most were the facilities, especially the thermal area: swimming pools at different temperatures, .. one pass! And the massage I did was another level, I floated out of how relaxed I was.
A perfect place to disconnect, take care of yourself and come back as new. I recommend it.
The buffet food very rich, with a lot of variety and everything very fresh.
Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, ideal for real rest.
What I enjoyed the most were the facilities, especially the thermal area: swimming pools at different temperatures, .. one pass! And the massage I did was another level, I floated out of how relaxed I was.
A perfect place to disconnect, take care of yourself and come back as new. I recommend it.

They're not professionals.
THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL

When I arrived at the hotel I was happy because, as an electric car holder, I knew there was a charger in the hotel car park. My joy soon ended. When I arrived at the loader, it was occupied by a diesel vehicle that was obviously only occupying the square; in the loader next door there was a trap raised which made it impossible to load there. That's two disabled magazines. I went to the reception to tell them about the situation and told them that the next day I planned to go on a field trip and needed to load my vehicle. They looked at me without much interest. The next day the car was still there; of course, I protested and asked for the claim book to express my protest. On the third day, when I was leaving, I was assured that the offending car had been removed the previous afternoon, but when I got to the car park there I was following the famous car, which by the way no one knew in the hotel. I don’t know if they wanted to deceive me or it was just about carelessness or unprofessionalism. I must remember that when I arrived at the hotel, except for the blood type, they asked me for everything. Why didn't they know who that Volvo 2262 LVL belonged to? Mysteries of life. I'm talking about a hotel I paid 180 € a night for. I would add that I found breakfast sad, not a bit of ham, not a banana, not a plum, there was nothing attractive to suggest the supposed category of the establishment. In conclusion, zero that the service is light years away from the deal they should presumably give. Greetings.

Excellent spa hotel. We were at Easter. Bright and very clean rooms. The spa is a pass, very large jet pool, with different pools of hot and cold water. In addition in the garden they have a very warm thermal water pool that although it is cold it is great. We went with kids and super well for them too. The spectacular buffet. Great variety of food and everything was great! Of the best hotels we've ever been to! We will definitely repeat!
