Medieval Magic

Location was good but grateful for the escalator which takes you up the hill. It is in the old medieval part of the city so charming.
Apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We stayed for 3 days.
The town is vibrant and we even came across some kind of small community centre around the corner which had a band on. We were welcomed in and the prices were ridiculously low.
Only down side was the communication before we arrived, we could get no answer from phoning or emailing the hotel to confirm certain details.
As it is done on codes for entry being sent to you the day before you arrive maybe they feel it is not needed.
Being a bit of a dinosaur I find it a bit disconcerting.
Having said that I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Perfect place to visit Victoria

Downtown area but very quiet, everything is perfect, no detail is missing, we left the car in the Francia parking lot, which is a five-minute walk away. The apartment is new, heating, bathroom very clean and with everything you need, kitchen with coffee maker, a little coffee, sugar, oil and salt. It also has a toaster and microwave.

AN UNFORGETTABLE STAY

We stayed at the apartment for Christmas and we loved it. It is located in the old town of Vitoria, in an emblematic area full of history. The building is renovated and has an elevator. The apartment was clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the decoration was very nice and cozy. We will definitely repeat!

Good location.

Clean. Compact. Great area. A little slow to respond to a couple of issues. Like extra pillows required, no cups, and no welcome /instructions in apartment in English. A map or leaflets of area would be good too.
If you rely on WiFi for work or something it wasn’t great!

Fatal

Me alojé con 2 amigas en un estudio para 3 personas la noche del 18 al 19 de octubre.
La 3° cama era un sofá cama que pensaba estaría bien pero era pésimo.
Tenía un colchón nuy fino y super duro. Además, el colchón estaba inclinado. No se podía dormir: o te quedaba la cabeza hacia abajo o te quedaban los pies hacia abajo y la cabeza hacia arriba. No había forma de descansar. Me parece un engaño. No lo recomiendo, en absoluto.
Además, la ducha resbalaba mucho y no tenía asa para agarrarte.
No lo tecomiendo en absoluto
