Alternativeless in Valls

The hotel is now part of the B&B chain and is quite new . It is located on the outskirts, the location being ugly. Rooms are large and have a bathroom with tub. There's an elevator. The staff were accommodating. Due to the conversion to the new hotel chain there were some small problems.
Parking large and free, great!
Breakfast was too expensive for me, coffee at the bar possible.

Property is good staff great. No dedicated ironing just need to ask reception and they will take you to a room downstairs. Food wise plenty of options walkable including McDonald’s and an Aldi.

Simple hotel, good quality

This 3-star hotel is located on the outskirts of Valls with a pretty good value for money. It has free outdoor parking and streets around where you can leave the car if the parking is full (white area).
The room was clean, furniture quite new and without damage, quiet at night. I have been struck by the format of the light switches to be able to adjust it to taste.
Breakfast buffet, quite varied both sweet and savoury, fresh fruit, with different types of milk and also microwave.
I would definitely recommend it and repeat if I had to go back to sleep in the area (we were going to do a tasting at the Padró wineries in Brafim).
As a suggestion to the hotel I would say, the pillows are not too comfortable and it never hurts to have access to a blanket in the closet, despite this, I repeat that we sleep perfectly. On the other hand, I would like to say that the breakfast potato tortilla should change the format of making or preserving it because it was not good... it could not be eaten.

I was not so happy with the check-in procedure. No English spoken and copy of passport is needed on which they write down your credit card information...

Spa experience was stressful rather than relaxing

Everything perfect except the spa experience. We were booked 4.45, we arrived 2 or 3 minutes late to reception because by the hour the nap was short, we waited 5 or 6 minutes more because they were attending to a group of people. And when they attended us at reception they told us that we had arrived late, that they had to take us, that we had half an hour but there were only 18 minutes left, that 5 minutes before we would be warned to leave (that is, in 13 minutes, because it was reserved for the next half hour (sermon style), that if we had not been warned that we had to arrive earlier... until we said to go now so that we would not lose any more minutes because we had to go down to the basement and explain how it was going. He accompanied us, we made sauna gym shower and whirlpool in 8 minutes and at 6.15 no one came for the half hour after booked. In short, he was more of an anti-spa. It would be more appropriate in those situations to empathize with the client and their expectation to live an experience of relaxation, not stress. Otherwise all good, considering that it is located in an industrial estate.
