Please note that guests are required by the hotel to settle a deposit via Payment Gateway. The hotel will send guests an email with the hotel's Payment Gateway link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within due date once email is received. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in/making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using other cardholder's credit card, provide the following to the hotel prior to your arrival in order to confirm your booking: 1) Authorization letter with the cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with the cardholder's signature) The hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
