Great place in Sevilla !

Great location, good beds, simple authentic room, single room but plenty of space with a sink in it. Quiet and central location, can not beat the price/quality ! Very enjoyable stay ! Had room 101 just next to entry, convenient, clean and quiet !

Great location, tricky to find.

Great location close to The Alcazar. Lots of food close by. Pretty sitting area in the centre of the building. Felt very safe in the accommodation and area. The owners were very helpful and tried hard through a language barrier.”
There are many pensions in the area that would be equally hard to locate initially. So best hint is:
Find the place on Google Earth Street view so that you can see the turn into the alley, there is a sign pointing there. Find the Main Street it runs off and give that to the taxi driver as well!

A mixed bag

Great location in a lively area, very cheap, impeccably clean and a sense of privacy / calm.
However, it’s all rather dated and basic, the owners have no English and are more to the point rather too intrusive / strict (e.g. I was instructed not to shut my door too hard - yeah, really), but apart from that no real issues to report.
Fine for a night or two if you want a good location while saving some cash. Just don’t expect the Ritz.

A very calm family hotel in the middle of the touristic area

This hotel is really close to the center of the city, 10 min of the cathedral. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Because it is at the end of a small alley, there are no noise at all. In addition this hotel has a very nice atmosphere.

excellent service

due to circumstances we did not arrive at the pension until 01.30am, we had kept tomas informed and he advised that would not be a problem.
he met us out front, took us up to the apartment and showed us through, explaining where everything was and how it worked, unbelievable considering the time.
the apartment had everything we needed for our 5 day stay.
The rooftop area was great for the first or last cup of coffee of the day.
As others have said it is very well located to cafes,restaurants and the attractions.
