Enjoyed
We have just returned from a few wonderful days Miraflor Suites.
Curious about what awaited us after several reports about renovation and varying reviews.
We had booked an 'older' cottage. Well, the color scheme is dark (instead of the light of everything new) but we believe that the older houses are more atmospheric (greener) and for us it was fine and they were clean!
The first evening and morning we had dinner at the Rondo hotel, the second day the restaurant opened at Miraflor Suites itself. It all looks beautiful and lacked nothing.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Pools were already fine at temperature (especially those that are slightly heated) and our girls have more than enjoyed themselves with Leo from the animation team (who worked hard to offer a varied program despite him being alone at first, due to circumstances) and later also with Coco.
We only look back on our stay very nicely!

Amazing
We had a great experience at HT MIraflor.
Upon arrival at he hotel, we were warmly greeted by Stephan , whose friendly smile and welcoming demeanor ser the tone for our stay , he offered us drinks and ensured we felt comfortable from the outset, Stephan’s outstanding hospitality made our arrival experience truly delight!!
During my stay I was looking for a specific book and needed help locating a nearby library , one of the staffs, Lara , not only did she provided detailed directions, but she also went above and beyond by personally reaching the library’s collection to see if they have the book.
Her kindness , iniciativa and dedication to ensuring our needs were met left lasting impression. Thank you Lara for making our stay truly memorable!!
Also Angela, Ari, Manuel Bravo to all you for a wonderful time at the hotel, so much more enjoyable !

Fake images
The photos that the hotel has posted on their website do not at all match what the hotel looks like. On the website there are pictures of a restaurant, pools, reception which in no way exist in the hotel. Many of the images look suspiciously much like AI generated images..
So that means there was no restaurant in the hotel (you had to go to the other hotel) and the reception was also in the other hotel. Although the photos clearly show that there are both parts of the hotel.
The hotel itself says the hotel is newly renovated. Unfortunately, this is only partially true and quite misleading. The bungalow we lived in was newly built and had few shortages. But there was still a lot of renovation at the hotel, which is not described anywhere.
We had bought a bungalow junior suite, where you had your own pool. Our pool was cold, and our “genboer” had a more private pool and was warm. Although they had paid the same as us and had a junior suite.
We made the hotel notice of this, but it could not be changed.

Luxury bungalows and extremely friendly staff!
We enjoyed a luxurious bungalow and were spoiled by the friendly staff. Meals where tasty and wide range. Location near yumbo and yet quiet. Nothing is too much for staff at pool bar, Willy and co make sure you don't lack anything. We will definitely be back!

Arrogant staff member.
Half the complex is a building site and the pool is closed.
We can use the pool in the sister hotel which is very nice but the guy who looks after the pool is so rude.
Today because there is a little wind he will not allow us to use the parasols.so we just have to sit and burn.
He is so rude and arrogant.
