Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In case of booking 5 or more rooms, different conditions and supplement may apply, and a pre-payment will be asked to guarantee the reservation. • Dogs are allowed for an additional fee of EUR 10 per night • Cleaning service costs EUR 20 per stay • Maximum weight: 10 kg • Accommodations with pets does not include a bed, food bowl or water bowl. • Dogs are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in wellness areas (swimming pool) Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation.
