You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must present a credit card under their own name at check-in, and this credit card must be the one used for the reservation. Group rates can be increased up to 15% with different policies. When booking 5 rooms or more, an additional supplement of 15% will apply on the reservation and will be non refundable. Due to the configuration of the building, unfortunately this hotel is not recommended for disabled person. The access is not easy.
