QUIET HOTEL WITH VERY GOOD FACILITIES

Very good room and a spectacular bathroom. We know this hotel for having stayed many times. It is far from the city center which makes it necessary to use the car for everything but it is worth it and that is why we continue to stay. THE new hotel management has renovated the breakfast room and has become much larger and more complete. Excellent breakfast quality. Being able to have free drinks and snacks in the fridge of the room all a detail

Absolute peace of mind

Hotel located about 7 km from the city center, so you need car for travel, or bus service, which stop about 300 m and a frequency of about half an hour.
My review being the stay with a trip of the Imserso, (my first trip) may only be useful for these travelers.I knew its situation and characteristics before staying in it.Right room, although the air did not work and neither did the tv control.Complete bathroom with everything needed.Normal cleaning.The catering service consisted of breakfast buffet, common to other guests, although at tables only for us.You can have breakfast very well.Dinner, in an area only for us, (no objection in this regard).One first course, a salad then and a second course and dessert, all the same for everyone.This service did not like me , or my tablemates, I think it could be improved.The fast and efficient service.
It has a pool that I suppose in summer, will be very appreciated.If you are looking for tranquility of course here you will find it, because there is nothing around the hotel.About 1km there are a couple of places where you can eat,if you travel by MP,ask at reception that inform you without problem.

Conocer Ourense

I've traveled as a group from IMSERSO the hotel was great the only one hits a little away from Orense but has good combination of buses the exquisite treatment of all the staff the meals and breakfasts especially the breakfasts of 10 very happy we leave

Excessively far from the urban center

The hotel is far from the center of Orense and the bus service is very irregular at weekends, which makes the travel very complicated. Otherwise, the facilities and rooms are fine. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

Good experience despite the distance from the center.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a good breakfast (breakfast) with the essentials to start the day and endure the walk. The restaurant (dinner) provides few options, I ordered a pizza and Iberian secret a la plancha, which they later informed that they didn't have it and could be replaced with a steak, which we agreed. Both dishes were good and we also ordered wine to accompany it, which was suggested by the person who served us. Negative point, it was the distance from the city center but as this hotel had free parking, and I came by car it was the best option for me. I thought I would have an easier time using public transport, and that I wouldn't need to use the car to go to the city center and the spa, which didn't happen.
