This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note traffic is restricted near the property. To avoid parking tickets, please contact the property beforehand. Please note that rooms are cleaned between 10:00 and 12:00, only if guest provide authorization, for this the cleaning sign is available in all rooms. This property offers interior and exterior-facing rooms. Please check room descriptions for more information. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Please note that the elevator is temporarily out of order from January 28th, 2025. This will take about 15 to 30 days.
