Delightful in almost every way !
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and decided to upgrade to the Signature Level after hearing great things—and it absolutely lived up to the hype!
The Signature experience is fantastic. The butler service is top-notch, and the exclusive areas for Signature guests made our days feel peaceful and luxurious. One highlight was the rooftop bar—stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere. Honestly, why battle the crowds at Mambo when you can enjoy the sunset in comfort with an ice-cold Cruzcampo in hand?
Signature Level also includes premium drinks, which was a great bonus—especially with Red Bull available to recharge after making the most of the club entry perks!
If I had to mention any downsides, we did need to request a minibar restock, and the room wasn’t cleaned daily despite having the service light on. However, these were minor issues in what was otherwise an outstanding stay.
Highly recommend—already looking forward to our next visit!

Signature Level was another level!
Beautiful hotel, set in beautiful grounds. For an all inclusive, the food was fantastic even the buffet and its a great adult only hotel with a great vibe. Highly recommend a junior suite terrace room, as right on the front overlooking the pool and got amazing views of the sea. Thank you TRS, we will return!

This was BY FAR, the best hotel, service and food I got from a hotel!
Just got back from TRS Hotel in Ibiza and the food was honestly incredible - way better than I expected from a hotel. Fresh ingredients and actually delicious at every restaurant we tried.
The staff really made our stay special - super friendly without being fake about it. They seemed to genuinely care that we were having a good time.
Loved how the place had such a fun vibe during the day with good music by the pool, but was actually quiet at night when we wanted to sleep (which is rare in Ibiza!).
Perfect balance of everything you want in a vacation. Would 100% recommend and definitely coming back one day.

Great hotel with extensive service
The surcharge for the signature level is reasonable, as the performance is convincing. Even at breakfast there are separate places on the terrace. The jacuzzi on the room terrace is perfect.

STAY AT THE TRS IBIZA HOTEL / THE SIGNATURE LEVEL
The hotel is a paradisiacal place just like the island of Ibiza to spend a stay or holiday as a couple. The quality of the service and the behavior of the staff towards its guests is worthy of a quality of a 5-star hotel. Restaurants such as the Helios & El Gaucho are comparable to gourmet restaurants and the Caprichio which is the restaurant/buffet accessible to everyone is simply one of the best of all our past experiences in comparable hotels.
The signature Level suite with pool & jacuzzi is extremely pleasant even in October, only small downside in the suite the lack of storage space for business and suitcases.
If we have the opportunity we will return with great pleasure.
