Ideal accommodation in Granada

Hotel with quality. Clean and well-kept rooms, very friendly attention from the staff, unbeatable location.Terrace in the attic overlooking the cathedral, La Alhambra, Albaycin and Sierra Nevada.Ideal place to stay in Granada. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to the city.

Lousy. Bad structure, multiple cracks everywhere. Watch out!!!

After a stay at the Hotel Usense Granada Centro we find a series of defects the room and bathroom of this. The toilet lost dirty water from the bottom, there was no extraction in bathrooms or natural ventilation so it does not comply with the provisions of the Technical Building Code, nor the Decree of Habitability. There are multiple cracks in walls and slabs that could be due to a significant deterioration of the supporting structure of the building. The maintenance of the elements that make up the room leaves much to be desired. After our complaints regarding the condition of the bathroom, we were changed rooms, in this second room there was an extractor that does not work (shown in the photos). One of the girls who attended reception felt sorry for the situation, while her boss treated us with contempt and arrogance.

Excellent!

Hotel very well located, minutes from the Cathedral and bus and taxi ranks. Plus good restaurants around. Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows. Basic breakfast. Rooftop with good views. The best was the reception staff, especially Alicia. We were treated for Rey's body.
I'd definitely come back.

Sure hit.

The second time we went to the hotel this year because of the good taste in our mouths that left us the first time, and it has not disappointed us at all. This time, we took a superior room as premium there are only 2 in the hotel and they were occupied., but smaller in size than we rewarded it, with everything you need.
Just by putting a glue, the noise of the floor, being on the floor, and not being well placed, towards quite a lot of noise,
Still, the best option to get away in the center of Granada
