Almost everything about this hotel is functional, tasteful and extremely well thought out. Everyplace I look in the hotel it’s apparent that the designers knew exactly what would work, what would not, and what would look attractive. We have 2 quibbles: first, our room did not have a dedicated space for suitcases. This was not a deal breaker since we managed to find sufficient space anyway. Second, though a nice buffet breakfast was available, it was at a reduced price, not free. It would have been nice if breakfast were included.

Everything was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The only thing is they don't have a belhop service or luggage carts to help you carry your luggages to your rooms. We had to bring five luggages up to our rooms ourselves. Their beds were a little too firm. I'm a side sleeper and it gave me a bit of discomfort when I've been sleeping on one side for a while.

Everything was good. The only thing was that theh didnt have a bellhop service to help with the luggages. We came in the early morning and we had to lug all our 6 baggages into the room ourselves and they didnt even have any baggage carts.

The hotel is very accessible to everything , very clean , staff are nice and courteous. The only downside in this hotel is they don’t have airconditjoning during winter time and the front desk staff affirmed it , only heater. We turned off the heater as it was hot when it’s ON , we frequently open the window just to get some cool air. Other than that the hotel is very nice, i miss their pillows. I would stay again at this hotel at summer time when the air conditioner is ON.
