Was charged afterwards for having checked in too early. Tried to charge for upgraded "VIP" room. Check in is 5pm only, and they will charge if you check in before that, even if all the rooms on the floor were vacant (Doors were open)

두 번 다시 가고 싶지 않은 숙소입니다. 2025년 3월 29일 부터 30일 까지 1박2일 라지트윈으로 방 2개를 예약했습니다. 어린 애들을 데리고 숙박을 하려 했는데,
숙소에 입실 했을 때 담배 냄새가 쪄들어서 냄새 때문에 잠을 잘 수 없는 상황이었으므로 사장님께 방을 바꿔 달라고 하자 사장님 말씀하시기를 여기가 인부들이 많아서 담배를 많이 피워 그런다고 하시면서, 처음에는 바꿔 준다더니 좀 지나 방이 없다는 겁니다. 그래서 도저히 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 숙소를 바로 나와 다른 모텔에서 잠을 잘 수 밖에 없었습니다.
아무리 예약이 '환불불가'라지만 잠을 잘 수가 없는데 '환불불가'만 우기는 사장님이 너무 하시다 싶었네요. 사장님은 무조건 플랫폼인 트립닷컴에다가 전화 하라는데 사실 트립닷컴이 그 숙소를 가보지도 않았을 거고 이런 일은 사장님이 자신의 숙소에 대한 책임을 지고 고객한테 미안한 마음을 가져야 하지 않나 싶네요.
자신의 폐가 아주 좋은 사람은 숙박을 해도 될 것입니다. 그러나 그 폐가 영향을 미치겠지요. 정말이지 두번 다시 그 근처에도 가고 싶지 않습니다.
트립닷컴에서는 이런 모텔을 판매하지 말았으면 합니다. 아마도 그것이 트립닷컴의 신뢰도의 영향이 있지 않을까 싶네요.
그래도 트립닷컴의 상담원들이 친절하게 대해 주시고 잘 응대해 주셔서 마음이 조금 풀립니다.
