Quality Stay
Many valences at your disposal give hosts. Wi-fi quite fast and with good coverage. Varied breakfast and lots of fruit options. Very helpful staff. Hot water with good pressure and rooms with good soundproofing. Parking is free and includes electric chargers.
We recommend.

I'm sure they did their best but being told no soap is available, although toiletries are listed as free, and to use the pump dispensers, even when the bidet is too far to operate a pump in situ, and to have suggested to fill a cup with liquid soap first....really?? Both the bidet and bath plug leaked, the extractor fan wasn't operating and also the fridge was missing the door shelf retainers, not helpful!!
I realise my off-season stay was in February, but I asked if there was room service but was told no, and yet they advertise it??
therefore it would be very welcoming if the coffea/hot drink machine was available for a reasonable time during the day and evening, not just at breakfast and evening meal
If that wasn't possible, then for £70 per night I would have appreciated a small travel kettle in my room, as I was happy to supply milk, tea and coffee, but hey ho
Probably wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again, staff looked bored during meal service and honestly couldn't blame them, maybe some music, ever?

The price is too high for hotel quality
Our room had the floor pretty dirty, and the cabinets inside were full of dust, the balcony full of crumbs and hair, the bathroom in need of remodeling, water with little pressure, worn tiles and mirror with stains of usage marks, however the bed linen washed, smelly and the mattress quite comfortable.
Regarding the restaurant the breakfast food is good but has little variety, the dinner served in buffet leaves much to be desired, we pay 25€ per person and with little choice. The cleaning left me completely disappointed, because we ate breakfast at the same table on which we dined and the crumbs and the individuals were still there the same as we left them the night before, the floor was not clean (I have a 2-year-old son who as you can imagine it is impossible to leave the place 100% clean) was everything as we left, just put cutlery and wardrobes clean, the dirty table and the floor equally dirty.
The outdoor area is quite nice and quiet great to rest, but I have to point out that the children's pool lacks tiles that can hurt the little ones, the children's park urgently need maintenance.
One of the most positive aspects, reception employees super friendly and quite helpful, friendly room employees but with a lack of training, is a quiet space, good for those looking to rest.
In short, what disappointed me most was the very cleanliness of the hotel, and of course the fairly high price for the services provided.
I hope you improve in these aspects as it has everything to be an excellent hotel.
