Fantastic hotel and a perfect area at the water.
Near by different restaurants.
You can walk to the downtown or by the old train, that passes the hotel.

I booked suite room but it was at the end of a long corridor without any good view, just a window to inner poor garden.
Heating system not working, room too cold.
Cleanness very poor, too many hairs on the floor.
I wish to use bathtub but the plug was broken and the water didn’t remain in the tub (the worker tried to repair but when I sued there was still the leakage)
In the shower there were conditioner and liquid soap dispenser, it didn’t seem a shower shampoo gel…for foreigners they should specify if this was shower gel or not.
Pillow choice really poor.
For a suite accommodation I expected higher quality, it was Really bad experience

When we arrived the hotel the first day, a girl called Joyna behind front desk helped us move luggages into our room. We thanked her and she replied:" It's my job." The second day we went out and my wife (77) fell on the stairs. A gentleman behind the front-desk helped my wife to stand up and asked her if she need some ice. When we left for airport, this Gentleman helped us put luggage in the taxi.

I don't like the room to be noisy.
1. Outside the street of vehicle passing through, we hears noisy car engine noise. I think that window are not welll insulated.
2. Ground level has bar, they open 7 am and drum music is clearly from bar restaurant.

Nobody told me that I was supposed to have a VIP access. Nobody offered me an upgrade for my room. I don’t know what you are talking about
