Ramada by Wyndham Lisbon is an excellent choice for those visiting the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located near a metro station, with food stalls and a cold storage market nearby. Overall, it’s a great hotel and highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

Helpful reception staff

I felt lucky to choose this hotel for 3 night stay.
They always made us feel special.
Reception staff were very polite and helpful.
I feel safe to see a 24 hour security.
We arrived very early but managed to check in without any trouble and also let us keep our luggage on the last day so that we can roam around comfortably.
Their knowledge where to go for tourism was very helpful for first time visit in Lisbon.
Food was delicious.

June in Ramada by Wyndham Lisbon

Our leisure/business stay in Ramada by Wyndham Lisbon was overall good. Although within 5 minutes I complained that while I was clearly struggling with my luggage over their cobblestones - their 2 doormen didn’t offer any help opening any doors. Two of their 4 elevators were not working and the repairs were quite noisy. Although service elevators were accessible- guests were not informed at the front desk. The air conditioner did not work very well. The service staff in the restaurant were friendly and accommodating- especially a lovely girl named Matilda. She spoke English and was friendly and helpful to the guests. The housekeeping staff were a bit brusque perhaps it is because they didn’t speak English so well. It is very close to the airport, they can arrange for shuttle, and the metro is literally steps out of the front door. There is a grocery a couple of doors down and a popular cafe and buffet as well.

We stayed in a family suite and the ac didn't work in the second room. Complaints 3 times with a maintenance man coming once did not resolve the problem first night. When we returned the second day from being out, the air was cooling. It was 35 that day so we returned to room to rest and construction noise above our room made that impossible. We were offered another room on the 5th floor but we chose not to take it. Throughout our stay staff were amazingly friendly and tried to be helpful.
