Great hotel, great location

Really nice hotel, clean and modern, although we were surprised not to see USB outlets on the plug sockets. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Great location - bars, restaurants, and great street food are all a short walk away.
It's about 40 minutes from the airport by taxi. Will definitely go back.

We found this hotel to be "Perfect" for our needs. It was well located, rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything required (and more) breakfasts had a great variety and were plentiful. Receptionists (the 2 ladies) were friendly, helpful and efficient. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone with similar requirements to ourselves

Review on Perfect Hotel

Myself & my sisters stayed here for 4 nights,our room was spacious.The staff were very helpful nothing was a problem to them!I would like to compliment Michael who was on reception especially, he was very friendly & helpful.The breakfast was top class & plenty of variety.One small disadvantage is there is no bar in the hotel.Lots of bars,restaurants walking distance from the hotel.In central location,I would highly recommend Perfect Hotel

The hotel was lovely with friendly staff. Extremely large room with nice decor. The only disappointment was that the TV in the living room section of the flat did not work and the shower was blocked. Apart from that it was a nice stay.

Perfect Hotel has good service (24/7 desk service) with large rooms featuring basic amenities.
Comfortable beds, decent water pressure.
Some clear distress / ageing of carpet, furniture and wallpaper can be seen but isn't a dealbreaker for those looking for a central location in the historic district of Krakow.
Did not try the breakfast.
