According to the hotel notification, guests must comply with the following conditions for check-in: 1. Possess a Valid ID with picture, address, and date of birth. 2. Guests must pay the ecological fee per head at the municipal office. 3. If the guest is fully vaccinated against Covid-19, a valid vaccine card or DOH Vax certificate must be presented. 4. If the guest is unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, a negative antigen result valid within 72 hours prior to check-in must be presented. 5. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated guests aged 12-17 must present a medical certificate or proof of negative antigen test within 72 hours before check-in. 6. Guests 11 years and younger must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated parent/guardian.

In compliance with Philippine Executive Order 26 passed by the national government, smoking is now strictly prohibited within all public and enclosed spaces. This includes restaurants, function spaces, and guest rooms on all floors.
