Its a beautiful hotel,elevator, wonderful breakfast, very comfortable bedroom, clean,hot water in shower I have no complaints.

Needs a reform

It is a hotel very close to the Plaza
of weapons. In other words, it has the perfect location. It is somewhat old, however the breakfast is complete and the staff friendly.
The rooms are partially renovated. Comfortable bed, although the bathrooms need urgent renovation. Mine, apart from its age, had a broken cistern, and the shower did not work properly. The air conditioning was not good either.
However, the price is so low, and the location is so good, that I would return without thinking twice.

Avoid at weekends

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel was run-down and incredibly noisy. We requested quiet rooms, but there was interior work being done until late evening and loud music from neighbouring bars and clubs until 4am. The windows in the room might as well not have existed. I think that it is particularly bad on a weekend (when we stayed).
It seemed good value and it offered a decent breakfast but the friendliness of the staff could not make up for the poor experience.

Great location

Apart from the excellent staff, who were very kind and helpful, I think my favorite part of the hotel was its excellent location. It’s in the very walkable older part of the city, very close to the Plaza de Armas and lots of restaurants and shops. The room was also clean and comfortable and breakfast is included—buffet-style Peruvian breakfast with attentive staff.

Great hotel, great service, great location

We stayed here for 3 nights during our first visit to Arequipa. Room was nice, location was excellent, service was good, breakfast was good. We were very happy with our choice. Peru hotels are not the same as U.S. hotels but we were pleased with these accomodations.
