Excellent experience

This modern-style hotel is located in Clifton, an upscale and safe area of Karachi. I stayed in a junior suite for about a week. The room was spacious, with two AC units that were easy to regulate and made the room pleasantly cool within minutes. The shower pressure was very good, with unlimited hot water (not to be taken for granted in Karachi, where water is relatively expensive). In the room there was a comfortable bed with two bedside tables, a large couch, a small desk for working and plenty of storage room. I am not into visual arts but I have to say the artwork in my room and in the hallway did catch my eye.
There is a 24-hour room service, and if you have an early morning flight to catch and are trying to not fall asleep, you can have a tea at any time of the night in the hotel's pleasant courtyard. The staff was very attentive to my every request. In particular, I would like to single out Mohsin at the reception and Dilshad, a very solicitous server who spoke honestly about the menu and gave good recommendations. (By the way, the food at the hotel's cafe is pretty good, and at breakfast you get a complimentary main dish from a list of about 10 - Pakistani or Western - prepared to your specifications.)
Overall an excellent stay, and I would pick this hotel again if I am fortunate to return to Karachi.

The best hotel I've seen in Pakistan so far: design with attention to detail (rightly called itself a 'boutique' venue), Great food, quiet location without noise, proper bathroom!
