This is a nice and friendly hotel. Niceviews from the balcony. The room tiles are slightly slippery, they could do with a bathroom or other mat.

I will never return!

The hotel is situated in an area that feels unsafe. The staff are unfriendly and only refer guests to check in on a screen. There is no hot water in the shower, and there is no light by the bed. The TV is broken, with a large crack in the screen, making it unusable. Additionally, breakfast is not available.

I WOULDN’T let my parents stay here.

We arrived at Super Stay Hotel on Wednesday, May 7 and planned to stay until the morning of the 11th. When we arrived to our room we found it a bit lacking but seeing as how it was a budget stay, it was understandable. However when we looked into the bathroom, there were cut wires in the sink, the make-up mirror was missing, and a platform that was supposed to be attached to the wall was placed in a manner as if someone had been working in there but was in a hurry and not resealed to the wall. For two people, there was one roll of toilet paper. I had to ask for more several times. These things could all be looked over until the night of May 8th at 11 pm.
We were supplied each with one pillow. These pillows are thin and small. After the first night of uncomfortable sleeping, I figured I would just ask for two extra pillows, one more for each of us. When I went to askthe man at the front desk, he was in the middle of a conversation with two women. When he turned his attention to me, I politely asked if I could have two more pillows. His response was
“Sorry, we don’t have a policy for that. We only give out extra pillows to women that are pregnant”…
I said, are you serious? And he said, “im sorry sir”.
I then told my girlfriend and she came down with me and told him she was pregnant and needed an extra pillow.
He actually said “ Jesus Christ Ma’am, are you serious??” while scoffing at us.
I couldn’t believe it and said, “ Are you going to make her prove it for some pillows??”
He said “ Come on ma’am”, scoffed again, and angrily demanded my room number and said “ I can’t bring you pillows if I don’t have your room number!!”
Ten minutes later, he arrived at our room, pushed the pillows into my girlfriend’s arms and walked away.
Look, if all you’re looking for is a good location, sure, stay here. But do not expect common decency or hotel hospitality. You won’t find it here.
I wouldn’t let my parents stay here.

To flee

I strongly advise against this hotel, we went there as a couple for 3 nights, there is no welcome, the cleaning of the room is an extra that must be paid, we found a condom under the bed linen...
The window was broken so there was no insulation (sound and thermal). The heating in the room was not working...
