Good, Cozy and Cozy

Friday for the first time in 23 years visited the Wapen van Exloo (restaurant) to have a bite to eat (on the recommendation of knowledge).
I regret it because I didn't do this before, a cozy environment with a nice terrace and cheerful, friendly service.
I drank a great beer and then ate it and I have to say in one word super.
Good food, neatly served, and plenty of question if there was enough of everything. The dessert looked a bit corny and the old-fashioned sorbet and ice glasses but was delicious.
Overall worthy of a recommendation and I hope these operators will be very busy

Wonderful food

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal sitting outside in the outdoor terrace at 't Wapen van Exloo. The food was amazing. The service was great with the added entertainment of a constant stream of farmers trundling by with their tractors, trailers laden with hay.

Ontwapenend

Tijdens onze wandelvierdaagse hier overnacht. Het bleek een gezellig familiehotel/restaurant te zijn. Fijne, schone kamer. 's Avonds gedineerd. Heerlijk gegeten, tafelwater gratis!!. Attente bediening. Er heerste een zeer gemoedelijke sfeer.
's Ochtends genoten van een zeer uitgebreid ontbijt.
Een aanrader voor zowel hotel als restaurant.

Pareltje in Exloo

Gezellig familiehotel met uitstekende keuken. Vriendelijke en hartelijke eigenaars /medewerkers. Prettige kamers voorzien van terras, airco, koelkast, flatscreen-TV en heerlijke bedden. Er is ruime parkeergelegenheid ( gratis ) op eigen grond aanwezig.
Prima locatie om de omgeving per fiets, auto of te voet te ontdekken. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

samenhier een lunch gegeten

gezellige locatie met zeer vriendelijke bediening en het eten was hier prima , goede maatregelen tegen corona en de hond mocht mee naar binnen. Tevens goede parkeergelegenheid. Al met al een prima gelegenheid .
