Good life
Been here on the weekend of King's Day 2025. We had room 504 there was nothing wrong with that. Large and spacious, views a bit less and the beds are slightly on the soft side but sleep fine. Fine and large bathroom with hand shower and rain shower. Shaving/layout mirror and large illuminated mirror.
The surroundings are beautiful, plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling which are available for rent.
The dinee was fine and the main menu to choose is satisfactory (with some something when paying ) The breakfast is spacious and is regularly restocked. Staff are very friendly and some are foreign. We had experiences with Fletcher and went there with a certain feeling, we will see what comes our way. Now that was to our full satisfaction and we will definitely be back sometime!

On the 15th of May 2025 I made a reservation via the "stayforlong" website to this hotel.
Just after receiving confirmation via email, I called the hotel front desk and they once again confirmed my booking.
I do not know what happened afterwards but, long story short, my reservation was cancelled and nobody informed me about it. Even when I called the front desk the day of arrival, saying that I was late, nobody ever told me anything about the cancellation. I found out that there were no rooms available for me only when I arrived at the hotel later that night.
The manager, available on the phone, said that they processed my cancellation the day prior to my arrival and that the booking company should have been informing me but, is it normal that nobody from the front desk warned me about it and when I called the first time they confirmed my reservation instead? Long story short, nobody was able to find a solution and I had to drive away very late at night, looking for a solution.

Only the restaurant used
Were in the nearby Val Monte but everything was full. This is 10 minutes walk from there, fine to do. First course was for the woman an asparagus soup, very good and well stocked, I had bread board with 1 hard pistolet. This was disappointing, main course we had satay and the fletcher burger. These were fine dessert the woman had a cream brulee with a too soft top, I had a lady blanche in a very warm sorbet coupe, appearance zero. Furthermore, in between not asked if it tasted and if we would have liked some more to drink. There are still points for improvement here.

Solution-oriented staff, good hotel.
We didn't like the hotel room at all, it was situated in the old part of the hotel and wasn't sufficiently renovated. After a night of poor sleep due to the soft mattresses containing a decent pit, and the windows that can open but cannot be secured. With wind these blow open. The next day this reported to the reception staff member. She resolved our complaint well and offered us another room in the new part. The housekeeping was kind enough to transfer our suitcases to the other hotel room later that day.
In short, an adequate and neat solution.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Despite the tightness of staffing which is a shame, also in the morning at breakfast there was not enough replenishment because the stock of, for example, jam ran out. All in all we can warmly recommend Fletcher hotel Erica, but in the new part.

Lodging hotel in a beautiful setting.
Hotel looks like accommodation. In the restaurant, the cobwebs hung in the corners at the top of the ceiling. Also the room was not there clean, as was the toilet. Outside it looked muddy because of the rain. You walked through the mud to get your bike out of the bike shed. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also very good and was well stocked. We once used dinner there which was simple but good. Too bad the soup was especially lukewarm in temperature and the rest of the food moderately warm.
