Excellent stay, I recommend!
Staff:
- They are extremely welcoming, kind, smiling, attentive and have especially the sense of customer service.
Typically, breakfast is from 8:30 am. On our last stay we had to leave at 6am. The staff made the effort to make us breakfast earlier without being asked.
Meals:
The breakfast and restaurant are excellent, they ourselves offered a meal before the end of our stay.
Location:
- the hotel is very well located, close to the city center of Tangier.

Staff...
The bathroom sink cap got Locked, when I got back from dinner I asked to take a look to unlock it, the Response "I'll be right there". It's been an hour. My son went down to the reception to request an intervention, the Response: I'll be right up." We took care not to close the door thinking someone would come and instead......
At past midnight we closed the door and no one ever came. At 3am we left the room for the airport and no one was there at the lobby to say it in person.
Making fun of the customer is not good for the image of the structure and I will report it to my contact person. This is a bad service. Too bad for the orderlies who will find a sink full of dirty water...
